The Hog-Hattan Cocktail
Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille is serving up the Manhattan cocktail that features the restaurant’s famous pork chop. The Hog-Hattan is a fusion that is sure to excite every meat-lover!
This drink features a classic Manhattan with Redemption Rye, a spicy 92-proof straight rye whiskey, and Vya vermouth, big-bodied and complex, and is finished with a dash of bitters. With the glass’ rim delicately coated in brown sugar and Perry’s Signature Homemade Barbecue Sauce, the Hog-Hattan is topped with a skewer of rich Luxardo cherries and Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille’s Famous Pork Chop Bites. The cherry and pork chop skewer gives you complex flavors of sweet and savory.
The cocktail is yours for $15. However, if you already have a favorite Manhattan, Perry’s will add on the Pork Chop skewer for an extra $2. Just tell your server or bartender to “Make it a Hog.”
No stranger to delicious
Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille is known for its giant and delicious pork chops. The giant cuts of meat are smoked, cured, roasted, caramelized cut with herb-garlic butter. The restaurant began as a small butcher shop, but it’s grown into an award-winning restaurant. There are 14 steakhouse locations, where you can get the Hog-Hattan or any of their other delicious dishes and cocktails. Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille Birmingham location is just off Highway 280, at Perimeter Park S.
