Twenty One Pilots set to perform in Birmingham

Pop rock band, Twenty One Pilots is coming to Birmingham.  This is the second leg of the “Bandito Tour.”  The announcement was made for another leg because of overwhelming demand.  Twenty One Pilots will return to North America for concerts in Mexico, Canada and the U.S.  They’ll play Birmingham’s Legacy Arena at the BJCC on June 18, 2019.

That’s not the only big news for Twenty One Pilots fans.

Band members Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun, are gearing up for the release of their massively anticipated new album TRENCH, which arrives worldwide Friday, October 5th.

My Blood” marked the first track released from TRENCH to stand apart from the three-part narrative first established in the official music videos for “Jumpsuit,” the chart-topping first single, continued in the LP’s second release, “Nico And The Niners,” and ultimately concluded with “Levitate,” all directed by longtime collaborator Andrew Donoho and streaming now via Twenty One Pilots’ YouTube channel. All three films have amassed over 75 million cumulative views to date.

Most fans became familiar with the group with the album BLURRYFACE.  It spawned a series of hits like “Stressed Out” and “Heathens.”  The single, “Heathens” was featured on Atlantic Records’ blockbuster SUICIDE SQUAD: THE ALBUM. The 6x RIAA platinum certified single received three GRAMMY® Award nominations including “Best Rock Performance.
