Cinnaholic, a gourmet cinnamon bun bakery based out of Atlanta, was originally set to open its first Alabama location earlier this year in April but due to the Covid-19 pandemic is now planning to open in late July or early August.

Are you a Cinnaholic?

Cinnaholic is an Atlanta-based franchise that opened its first location in Berkeley, California in 2010 after its founders appeared on an episode of Shark Tank.

All Cinnaholic products are fresh-baked and made from vegan ingredients. Their menu goes way beyond just cinnamon rolls, offering made-from-scratch brownies, cookies, edible cookie dough, and locally-sourced coffee. You can also “create your own” cinnamon roll by selecting from over twenty unique frosting flavors and a variety of fresh and decadent toppings.

If you’re overwhelmed by all the options you can always choose from some of the best selling combinations: Blueberry Pie, Strawberries and Cream, Cookie Monster, and the classic Old Skool Roll.

The new location will be a 1,200 square foot bakery located at Lee Branch shopping center along U.S. 280. The Cinnaholic will go into the former Southern Spoiled Boutique building at 270 Doug Baker Boulevard, Suite 300.
