Donuts, Coffee and more!
Daylight Donuts offers several varieties of those delicious round deep fried pastries and while we were there we got up close and personal with a few of Daylight’s greatest hits.
The Old Fashioned, in vanilla, strawberry and blueberry is an old school classic that’s sure to satisfy anybody looking for a more classic take on a donut.
A signature Reese’s Donut, which has a whipped Reese’s cream inside and is topped with crumbled Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups is perfect for those looking for a more rich dessert.
The Pinecone, a pull-apart cinnamon bread is a huge hit and is an absolutely perfect compliment to any of the several coffees offered by Daylight Donuts.
Daylight Donuts uses local favorite Seeds Coffee for their variety of coffee, espresso and specialty drinks.
They even offer mocha shakes which is coffee infused with ice cream and topped with whipped cream. You can get these frosty treats in chocolate, white chocolate and caramel flavors!
Give Daylight Donuts a try at their Leeds location, and their location at the Shops at Grand River.
About Daylight Donuts:
The Daylight Donut Flour Company, LLC, is a privately held enterprise with nearly a thousand retail outlets in 28 states and close to a dozen international markets.
From its founding in 1954, the Daylight Donut Flour Company has embraced an entrepreneurial culture, with all stores independently owned and operated by business people who are free to keep all the profits they earn from their stores.
In 1954, Tommy and Lucille Day set out to create a new kind of donut mix — one with a distinctively light texture and flavor. The Day’s light donut recipe became Daylight Donuts. And over the years, their Tulsa-based enterprise grew into a worldwide network of independently owned retail outlets numbering nearly 1000… and growing.
