Chicago-style deep dish pizza is coming to Birmingham by way of Rosati’s Chicago Pizza! Rosati’s Pizza is aiming to open in late March or early April and will be located at 210 Doug Baker Boulevard in the Lee Branch shopping center.
History of Rosati’s Pizza
Rosati’s has upheld ‘a tradition of quality for five generations‘. Nearly a century ago, Sam Rosati started serving ‘Italian Style Pizza’, a tasty appetizer consisting of homemade tomato sauce served on a crispy piece of bread, in the family Italian restaurant in Chicago.
When Sam retired, his sons continued the family tradition and the very first Rosati’s Pizza opened it’s doors in 1964 in a suburb of Chicago. Throughout the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and today Rosati’s has expanded locations all across the U.S. and soon Rosati’s Pizza was on the map!
Authentic Chicago-style Deep Dish Pizza
Rosati’s authentic Chicago-style deep dish pizza is all made with one simple principle: using real ingredients to create real Chicago pizza. The Rosati’s family recipes have been passed down through generations and you can taste the tradition in every bite! Rosati’s signature blend of multiple cheese, their crisp flavorful vegetables, their fresh pizza dough made fresh daily, and their bold sauce made from a secret family recipe all combine to create authentic Italian flavor in every bite.
The Birmingham Location
