‘Mint Condition’ smoothie recipe from Farm Bowl + Juice Co

Mint Condition Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup Granny Smith apples
  • 1/4 cup celery juice
  • 12 drops peppermint oil
  • 1 whole frozen banana, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 cup fresh kale
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup ice

Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix for approximately 30 seconds or until all the contents are smoothly combined. Serve and enjoy!
