The 9th Annual Oktoberfest Trussville is a family-fun festival on Saturday, October 19 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This is a wonderful friendly atmosphere with something for the entire family from little ones to seniors and everyone in between.
Enjoy shopping with over 80 arts, crafts, jewelry, beauty product, clothing, accessories and services vendors while enjoying great food trucks including Vintage Comfort German foods, Eugene’s Hot Chicken, Porky’s Pride BBQ, Senor Taco Mexican food and Ripici’s gelatos, and Curly’s Funnel Cakes and Lemonade. There will also be pizza, hot dogs, nachos, strudels, cookies, cakes, cotton candy, German pretzels and many other treats. It’s shaping up to be no shortage of food options!
Activities include hayrides to the pumpkin patch, raffles, a petting zoo, children’s games, face-painting, football on large TV and rides to suit all ages including teens.
The entertainment stage hosts live music, dancing and demos including traditional German musician Wolfgang Moritz along with Miss Alabama Teen and Miss Alabama singing duets, Karate and Zumbini demos, dancing and other talented musicians.
