Prost!: Brat Brot scheduled to reopen in April

“The hibernation is almost over.”

Birmingham’s Biergarten, Brat Brot, is reopening in April after being closed for several months for “seasonal reassessment.” While the establishment was closed, ownership asked for feedback into what could make Brat Brot better.

The official grand reopening date will be announced later this month. Once Brat Brot reopens, there will be several changes that will hopefully enhance your experience.

What’s New?

When Brat Brot reopens it will be 21+ at all times. There will be more fun, interactive activities and daily specials, including more outdoor games and stein holding competitions.

There will be new hours dedicated to being evening-focused. Those hours are:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 4 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
  • Friday – 4 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
  • Saturday – 11 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Brat Brot will offer a full bar with six classic cocktails. There will also be a “revamped” food menu with a casual indoor table service and cozier seating options. The new food menu includes a late night brunch menu available Friday nights from 9 to 11 p.m.

TVs at the Biergarten will also no longer show sporting events, except college football on Saturdays in the fall.
